Puget Sound Habitat for Humanity - I have volunteered with Habitat
for Humanity on their Fairview Project, an environmentally low-impact
cottage development in Olympia, Washington.
• Sand in the City - I have been a team architect for this annual fundraiser benefiting Olympia's on Children's Museum for three years. I design and help sculpt giant sand sculptures for fun and competition. Our team, sponsored by O Bee Credit Union, was awarded Second Place in 2005.
• Holly House - Before becoming a board member, I volunteered to help design the upgrade and remodeling of a large shop into a retreat center at Hypatia-in-the-Woods. Visit the site: www.hypatiainthewoods.org/house.html
